This work provided crucial insight as NatWest continues to hone its new BNPL credit product to best appeal to growing consumer demand.  

The research provided a robust forecast of the impact of pricing on product usage and identified a preference for greater flexibility on the number of instalments. Our recommendations are currently influencing ongoing development.
